Alumni Association congratulates Dr Hrablas Heera, an alumnus of SCD Govt College Ludhiana who is appointed as a member of Senate of the GNDU Amritsar.

The SCD Govt. Ludhiana Alumni Association congratulated Professor Dr Harblas Heera, an alumnus and a former commerce and management teacher of the college on his recent appointment as a Senator of Guru Nanak Dev University ,

Amritsar. Dr Harblas who is a post graduate and doctorate in commerce from this college and taught here for 2 decades is currently posted as an Associate Professor in Baba Sahib Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Govt.

Coeducation College, Jalandhar. Congratulating Dr Harblas, Brij Bhushan Goyal, the organizing secretary of the Alumni Association said that he has made all the alumni proud by his excellent work in the field of education recognizing which GNDU decided to make him a senator.

Dr Harblas earlier in the year 2020 was chosen by Punjab Government for training in Japanese language who was the only teacher from Punjab besides officials from other departments. His skills are likely to benefit many commerce students and entrepreneurs, said Goyal. He had also authored a prestigious Coffee Table Book for SCD Govt College, Ludhiana in it’s centenary celebration year 2020. Others who congratulated Dr Harblas are Dr Dharam Singh Sandhu, a former principal, Prof I P Setia, Prof Nitin Sood and Prof Paramjit besides many others.
