ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ

Punjab during the last FYs 2018-19 to 2022-23 has received new investment projects of Rs.98500 crore, completed projects of Rs.77810 crore and revived the pending projects worth Rs.8495 crore.
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਾਲ 2018-19 ਤੋਂ 2022-23 ਦੌਰਾਨ 98500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ, 77810 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 8495 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
This has been revealed in a just concluded study undertaken by the MSME Export Promotion Council jointly with the Confederation of Organic Food Producers & Marketing Agencies (COII). The study was released by the MSME EPC Chairman Dr D S Rawat (former secretary general ASSOCHAM) today.
ਐੱਮਐੱਸਐੱਮਈ ਐਕਸਪੋਰਟ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਨਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ਼ ਆਰਗੈਨਿਕ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਿਊਸਰਜ਼ ਐਂਡ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਏਜੰਸੀਜ਼ (ਸੀਓਆਈਆਈ) ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇੱਕ ਹੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਅੱਜ ਐਮਐਸਐਮਈ ਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਡੀਐਸ ਰਾਵਤ (ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਐਸੋਚੈਮ) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
Punjab has registered the fastest implementation rate in completing the projects. As per the data available through Centre for Monitoring of Indian Economy (CMIE) as on 12 December 2023, the new investment projects announced in 2018-19 were of Rs.43323 cr, 2019-20 Rs.12267 cr, 2020-21 Rs.15761 cr, 2021-22 Rs.23655 cr and in 2022-23 Rs.3492 cr.
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਦਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। 12 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2023 ਤੱਕ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਫਾਰ ਮਾਨੀਟਰਿੰਗ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇਕਾਨਮੀ (CMIE) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, 2018-19 ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਗਏ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ 43323 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ, 2019-20 ਵਿੱਚ 12267 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ, 2020-21 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਸਨ। 15761 ਕਰੋੜ, 2021-22 ਵਿੱਚ 23655 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ 2022-23 ਵਿੱਚ 3492 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ।
It was found that in 2022-23, total investment projects outstanding were of Rs.139099 cr and under implementation of Rs.103680 cr. Therefore, Dr Rawat said, there is urgent need for a high powered committee to review each project and are cleared with immediate effect without any further escalation in the cost.
ਇਹ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ 2022-23 ਵਿੱਚ, ਕੁੱਲ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ 139099 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ 103680 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਡਾ: ਰਾਵਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਹਰੇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉੱਚ ਤਾਕਤੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਫੌਰੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਗਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਾਧੇ ਦੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Referring the private sector investment, it was stated that Punjab has received the new investment projects from the private sector during the period of reporting of Rs.28308 cr and completed the projects of Rs.33155 cr; some of them were on-going.
ਨਿੱਜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ 28308 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 33155 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
