Chandigarh Postal Division to Hold First Dak Adalat on September 2 to Address Long-Pending Complaints

Chandigarh Postal Division is organizing its 1st Dak Adalat on 02.09.2026 from 1100 Hours to 1200 Hours in the office of the Senior Supdt. Post Offices, Chandigarh Division, 3rd Floor, GPO Building, Chandigarh.

The said Dak Adalat will be held through C-DOT video conferencing. The Adalat will deal with all types of long pending complaints concerning Postal Services of Chandigarh Postal Division. The complaint must contain full details including reference number, date of letter received earlier from various Postal Authorities and the Mobile number of complainant and forwarded in advance through Speed Post, by hand or through email at email id- [email protected].in.

The complaint should be addressed to Sh. Kumar Sanjeev, Senior Supdt. of Post Offices, Chandigarh Division, Chandigarh-160017 and DAK Adalat must be written on envelope so as to reach on or before 28.08.2026 by Speed Post.
