Ludhiana ( Justice News) The International Festival of Emerging Technologies – METAVERSE 2.0 which was organised by DCM Young Entrepreneurs School, brought to fore the brilliance of young innovative students from across the India and abroad who won the hearts of galaxy of audience by presenting a blend of futuristic innovation and cutting edge technologies. This extravaganza of Emerging Technologies saw the school students compete with their counterparts and peers from various schools across India and Abroad in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking, Coding, Data Analytics, Big data, Robotics and other such areas.
Earlier, the event unfolded in a grand style during the mesmerising opening ceremony wherein the DCM YES students presented an enthralling musical performance which was followed by a series of events which went on throughout the day. In all, over 50+ schools from all over India and Abroad represented by 1000+ students participated in this extraordinary event.
Dr Anirudh Gupta CEO presided over the opening ceremony while Dr. Gopan Gopalakrishnan, Deputy CEO accorded warm welcome to the judges, guests and the visitors besides participating schools.
Kritika Goyal IAS presided over the valedictory ceremony while hosts of eminent Industrialists, prominent intellectuals also made their presence felt as the guests of honour. The Yespreuners presented a spectacular robotic dance which evoked thunderous applause from the audience.
Later, while recognizing the exceptional talent and innovative ideas, the Chief Guest presented awards to the winning teams. Ms Kritika addressed the gathering and emphasized on the significance of events like METAVERSE 2.0 in harnessing and developing IT skills among young minds. She said that such initiatives were crucial for channelizing the inherent potential of our students and fostering a culture of innovation.

On the occasion, several prominent dignitaries were present. The Judges included Tarun Malhotra, Jaspreet Kaur, Kavya Dheer, Dr Sunil Kumar, Shruti Handa, Kapil Aggarwal, Nisha Arora, Aayushi Bansal, Dr Mandeep Singh, Narinder Kaur, Prof Nipun Sharma, Dr Inderpreet Kaur, Prof Reena, Dr Balwant Singh, Dr Pulkit Jain, Pratishtha, Deepjot Arora and Dr. Inderjit Singh, lauded the efforts of the management team for organizing such event.
Aarti Singh Dean said that METAVERSE 2.0 was a resounding success, which provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their skills, engage with industry experts, and foster a collaborative spirit among young innovators.
