New Ombudsman assumes charge at Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh

Chief General Manager Smt. Ruchi A. S. H., has taken charge as Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh, with effect from October 6, 2025.
She brings with 29 years of rich experience in various capacities across the Central Office and several Regional Offices of the Reserve Bank of India. Her professional expertise spans key domains of Central Banking, including Currency Management, Public Debt Management, and supervision of banks and non-banking financial institutions.
Prior to her current assignment, she served in the Department of Supervision at the Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad.
