Targeting the Congress, Akali Dal and BJP, he said the return of these traditional parties to power would put at risk the gains made in free electricity, canal water for farmers, daytime power supply, government jobs without bribes, women’s financial assistance, healthcare, government schools and social security.

Pointing to his government’s record of shutting 19 toll plazas, saving more than 2,700 lives through the Sadak Surakhya Force (SSF) and purchasing thermal power plants, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said lakhs of AAP karyakartas would take the pamphlet door-to-door and urged Punjabis to support an honest government once again. During this, senior AAP leader and Punjab Prabhari Manish Sisodia, AAP Punjab President Aman Arora, Cabinet Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, and State Working President Amansher Singh Sherry Kalsi were also present.

Sharing a few snippets from the event, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann stated on X: “Today, while launching the pamphlet in Ludhiana, I shared some important thoughts with the people. Our government has shut down 19 toll plazas, saved more than 2,700 lives through the SSF, and undertaken initiatives such as purchasing thermal power plants, which we had not even promised in our guarantees. The traditional parties that ruled Punjab for 75 years have given the state nothing but drugs and unemployment. If these people return to power, they will stop your free electricity, Aam Aadmi Clinics, canal water and government jobs that are available without paying bribes. Therefore, do not look at the party; stand with what is in the best interest of your family’s bright future. Punjab now has only one slogan: a staunchly honest government once again. Inquilab Zindabad.”

Addressing a massive gathering, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann stated, “Those who were part of governments under which the drug menace flourished are now attempting to portray themselves as its solution. The people of Punjab clearly remember and can well distinguish between political rhetoric and actual work on the ground. Those who brought drugs to Punjab are now carrying out a Nasha Mukti Yatra.”

Questioning the BJP’s position, he asked, “How can the BJP claim that it will rid Punjab of drugs when it was part of the system under which this menace flexed its muscles?” Taking a further dig at the BJP, he referred to the seizure of large quantities of narcotics at Gujarat’s Mundra port and asserted, “The drug menace cannot be addressed through political theatrics. The BJP must answer the people of Punjab about what happened at Mundra port. It cannot come to Punjab with a yatra and expect people to forget everything.”

Welcoming people who had travelled from different parts of Punjab to attend the event, the Chief Minister stated, “Your participation reflects your desire to see a Rangla Punjab. You have come from different parts of Punjab with one dream, to make Punjab ‘Rangla’ again. Every step we have taken makes a difference and gives us the confidence to serve the people with greater zeal.”

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann emphasised, “This is an organisational meeting and not a conventional political rally. The discipline of the Aam Aadmi Party has enabled us to build a strong grassroots organisation. We will now take our work directly to the people and explain not only the guarantees we have fulfilled but also the initiatives that never figured in our original electoral promises. We will go to the people and tell them what we have done, what we did beyond our guarantees, and then ask them what more they want us to do.”

Listing several pro-people initiatives, the Chief Minister stated, “We have closed 19 toll plazas, resulting in savings of around ₹64 lakh per day for people of Punjab. At the same time, we have focused on building motorable roads and improving road safety.”

Referring to the Sadak Surakhya Force (SSF), Bhagwant Singh Mann added, “Punjab had earlier witnessed around 5,400 road accident fatalities annually. These deaths have subsequently fallen to around 2,700.”

Elaborating on the SSF, the Chief Minister asserted, “The creation of the Sadak Surakhya Force was a major people-centric decision. The force has been equipped with 142 Toyota Hilux vehicles. SSF personnel have also helped preserve and return valuables belonging to accident victims, including jewellery and cash. They maintain detailed records of victims and their belongings to facilitate their return to their families.”

Urging people visiting the Kisan Mela to observe the changes taking place in the agriculture sector, Bhagwant Singh Mann stated, “I urge everyone visiting the Kisan Mela to closely examine the transformation taking place in Punjab’s agriculture.”

Addressing the issue of groundwater depletion, the Chief Minister said, “Excessive dependence on groundwater has made farming increasingly unsustainable. Expanding canal irrigation can help reverse this trend. Canal water is like desi ghee for Punjab’s crops. If farmers receive adequate canal water, production will increase and agriculture will become sustainable. Scientists and environmental experts have warned about the consequences of rapid groundwater depletion.”

Highlighting encouraging developments from villages, Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann added, “We are receiving encouraging reports from villages about rising groundwater levels after canal-water pipelines were laid. This is a positive sign.”

He further stated, “Around 14,000 kilometres of pipelines have been laid for water distribution. This is a distance comparable to the geographical distance between Punjab and Vancouver. Canal-water releases are running into thousands of cusecs, and the government is implementing water conservation measures inspired by the Seechewal model.”

Recalling the AAP government’s first Cabinet decision in 2022, the Chief Minister stated, “The first Cabinet meeting of the AAP government in 2022 took the decision to provide 300 units of free electricity to eligible households from July 1, 2022. We subsequently strengthened Punjab’s power infrastructure, including through the acquisition of the Goindwal Sahib thermal power plant.”

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann also highlighted the state’s coal supply, stating, “Coal is being supplied from the Pachhwara coal mine in Jharkhand. These measures have strengthened Punjab’s power position.”

On employment, the Chief Minister asserted, “Our government has provided around 71,000 government jobs. Recruitment has been carried out transparently and on merit. Young employees have met me personally and expressed their satisfaction at getting government employment without having to pay anyone for their appointment. Earlier, government recruitment was linked with political influence and bribes to the then leaders.”

Speaking about Punjab’s identity and development, the Chief Minister stated, “We do not want Punjab to imitate London or California. We want to restore the state’s own economic, cultural and sporting identity. The Punjab Government wants to make Punjab a state where people play sports, celebrate life and live with dignity.”

Highlighting ‘Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan’, he added, “Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan has brought different generations together, with grandparents, parents and grandchildren participating in sporting activities.”

Referring to welfare initiatives for women, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann stated, “While ₹1,000 had been promised to eligible women, women belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) communities are receiving ₹1,500 under the applicable scheme.”

Taking a jibe at the Congress, BJP and the Shiromani Akali Dal, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann asserted, “The opposition parties should place their own programmes before the people rather than merely criticising the state government. Have you ever seen these parties talking about Punjab’s welfare and problems? They only want to abuse me, but they should tell the people what they will do for Punjab.”

Taking SAD leader Sukhbir Badal to task, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann remarked that he was not aware of the basic topography of the state. However, the Chief Minister strongly condemned the attack on Sukhbir Singh Badal at Hazur Sahib, stating, “Violence has no place in a democracy or in society.”

Subsequently questioning political statements surrounding the incident, he, “Faith and politics should not be mixed for political convenience. Respect for religious institutions and sentiments should remain consistent.”

Urging people not to change the government that is treating Punjab’s problems, the Chief Minister stated, “Do not change the doctor who is treating your illness. Our government has now gained several years of experience in administration and has learnt how to deliver public services.”

Elaborating on the analogy, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said, “If a doctor is treating your illness, why would you change the doctor?” He cited education reforms and added that Punjab’s performance had improved dramatically from its earlier position. He also highlighted Punjab’s preparations to host the Hero Men’s Asian Champions Trophy 2026.

The Chief Minister stated, “The tournament will be held from October 27 to November 5 in Jalandhar and Mohali, with the league-stage matches in Jalandhar and the semi-finals and final in Mohali. The tournament will bring international hockey to Punjab and provide young players with an opportunity to watch and experience top-level competition on their home soil.”

Cautioning people against misleading digital content, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann warned, “People must be cautious about misleading videos and social-media content. Political campaigns will increasingly use digital platforms to circulate fake videos.”

Recalling the AAP’s political journey, the Chief Minister stated, “Many people said we were new when our government formed, despite that we achieved remarkable things. Now we have been in power for almost 5 years in Punjab. Now we know how to make it number 1. We already took it from 27th to 1st place in the country in Education.”

He added, “The AAP’s organisational journey demonstrates that a grassroots political movement can grow when people place their confidence in it. The broom will continue to clean the political system in the state as per the wishes of the people.”

Outlining the next phase of the statewide campaign, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann stated, “The statewide campaign will now take the government’s work directly to the people and seek their feedback on what more needs to be done. The ultimate focus of the government will remain Punjab’s agriculture, youth, education, employment, healthcare, infrastructure, sports and welfare. Punjab’s future should be determined by its people and its own strengths.”

Concluding, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann asserted, “Punjab does not need slogans alone; it needs work, transparency and a clear direction. The state government will continue working to make Punjab ‘Rangla Punjab’ again.”

Meanwhile, AAP Punjab Prabhari Manish Sisodia said, “We have to make Bhagwant Mann the Chief Minister of Punjab again. For 4.5 years, the Bhagwant Mann government did tremendous work, but the BJP used the ED, CBI and every other instrument at its disposal to stop us. Despite all this, Punjab has moved forward. To take Punjab further ahead, we need the AAP government to return to power.”

Manish Sisodia continued, “The people of Punjab have not forgotten those dark times. They have not forgotten the earlier government that presided over ‘beadbi’ and the government under which the drug menace was allowed to flourish.”

He added, “People are saying that the Bhagwant Mann government is a ‘guarantee-plus government’. The government is not just fulfilling the guarantees it made to the people, but is doing even more than what was promised.”

Manish Sisodia further stated, “The AAP organisation in Punjab is strong. Every worker, leader and MLA will go door to door and work to make Bhagwant Mann the Chief Minister of Punjab once again.”

On the other hand, AAP Punjab President Aman Arora said, “Earlier, governments would reach a point where, after a few years, people would not even allow their leaders to enter their areas. But the Bhagwant Mann government has done so much work that people now want to see Bhagwant Mann as Chief Minister again.”

He continued, “Over the last 15 years, every government that has been in power is now putting up a drama before Punjab. People are asking them all the same question, when they were in power, it is only then did ‘chitta’ reach people’s homes”

Aman Arora asserted, “But the AAP government has brought in tremendous pro-people policies including free electricity, government jobs, etc. Since the Bhagwant Mann government came to power, every family in Punjab has started receiving benefits worth ₹15,000 every month.”

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann Launches Pamphlet

Are you thinking of voting for Congress, Akali Dal, or BJP? Do not vote for them even by mistake. Voting for them can be very dangerous for you and your family. If these parties come to power:

1. They will stop your free electricity. You will have to pay bills worth thousands of rupees again.

2. The ministers of the Akali and BJP government used to sell drugs. If they come back, drugs will be sold openly in Punjab again.

3. They will shut down all Aam Aadmi Clinics.

4. They will stop the accounts of our mothers and sisters where ₹3,000 or ₹4,500 are coming every three months.

5. CM Bhagwant Mann brought canal water to your fields. These parties will sell that canal water to Rajasthan and Haryana.

6. CM Bhagwant Mann started giving electricity during the day for agriculture. If you do not vote for him, you will have to stay awake all night waiting for electricity again.

7. They will stop the card that gives up to ₹10 Lakh free treatment in private hospitals.

8. They will stop the ‘teerath’ yatra and pensions for the elderly.

9. Bhagwant Mann worked hard to improve government schools. These parties will destroy all the schools again.

10. If these parties come to power, you will have to pay bribes for government jobs again. Bhagwant Mann ended bribery for government jobs with great difficulty.

Every party’s Chief Ministers have faced many corruption allegations, but not a single allegation has been leveled against CM Bhagwant Mann. Bhagwant Mann is fiercely honest. This time, do not look at the party; look at your family. Vote for Bhagwant Mann and make him Chief Minister. ‘Phir Ik Vaar, Bhagwant Mann Di Imaandaar Sarkaar’.

A coalition has been formed between the BJP and the Akali Dal. Sources say this alliance happened on these conditions: The BJP will reintroduce the three “black” farm laws in Parliament and this time the Akali Dal will support them. Punjab’s water will be given to Haryana and Rajasthan. The BJP central government will take control of Chandigarh and Panjab University.

What did these parties do in 75 years? They gave Punjab terrorism, drugs, dry fields, poverty, unemployment, broken schools, and poorly maintained hospitals. Their leaders taught their own children in London and Canada while sending yours to broken schools. They got their own medical treatment in America while your hospitals lacked medicines and doctors. They have a complete monopoly over every business, including sand, liquor, cable, and transport. The money of Punjab’s people went straight into their pockets.

LUDHIANA; ( JUSTICE NEWS) Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Saturday launched the AAP’s election…

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false
_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[15

post-28991","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-punjab
["GET
