{"id":24705,"date":"2026-02-11T20:25:24","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T14:55:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/justicenews.in\/?p=24705"},"modified":"2026-02-11T20:25:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T14:55:24","slug":"glada-demolishes-unauthorized-colony","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/justicenews.in\/?p=24705","title":{"rendered":"GLADA demolishes unauthorized colony\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ludhiana<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">(Gurvinder Sidhu)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Following the directions of Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian and GLADA Chief Administrator\u00a0 Sandeep Kumar, its regulatory wing on Wednesday demolished a unauthorized colony in Sahnewal.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The developers did not stop the illegal construction work despite serving them with the notices, a special team carried out the sealing drive, which went unopposed.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The GLADA would also take legal action against the developers.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A spokesperson stated that zero tolerance is being adopted against unauthorized and unplanned development with a special focus on illegal colonies.
