Former District Congress Committee Ludhiana (Urban) President and senior Congress leader Pawan Dewan today met Bhupesh Baghel, former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and the party\u2019s General Secretary in charge of Punjab. Ahead of the \u2018MGNREGA Bachao Sangram\u2019 rally, Dewan honoured Baghel with a bouquet at Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana.<\/p>\n
Dewan congratulated Baghel for his leadership in spearheading the MGNREGA Bachao Sangram rallies, praising his commitment to protecting the rights of rural workers. He conveyed to Baghel that his strong presence, fiery remarks, and commanding speeches have played a vital role in awakening the masses to the injustice being perpetrated by the Centre through its move to dismantle MGNREGA.<\/p>\n
Dewan also expressed appreciation for Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, whose dynamic leadership ensured the grand success of the rallies and further strengthened the Congress Party\u2019s grassroots presence across Punjab. Dewan offered a comprehensive analysis of Punjab\u2019s evolving political climate, highlighting in particular the key trends and developments shaping the landscape in Ludhiana district.<\/p>\n
On this occasion, PPCC President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring praised Pawan Dewan\u2019s lifelong commitment to the Congress Party, describing him as a leader who has dedicated every ounce of his energy to the organization.
