Ludhiana ( Gurvinder sidhu) 46th Professor Mohan Singh Memorial International Punjabi Cultural Fair was organised by the members of Prof. Mohan Singh Memorial Foundation under the patronage of Patron Pragat Singh Grewal, Prithipal Singh SP, Chairman Gurnam Singh Dhaliwal and President Rajiv Kumar Lovely after offering flowers to the statue of Yug Kavi Prof. Mohan Singh.\u00a0 On this occasion, a seminar and Kavi Darbar were held at the seminar hall of Punjabi Bhavan.\u00a0 On October 21, an open arena of Punjabi cultural singing will be held at Dr. AVM Public Senior Secondary School, Isa Nagri Puli, near Civil Hospital, Ludhiana.
